Sincere sympathy to Georgia, Ciara and Adam on the passing of Roger. We knew him as a neighbour in Dowdallshill but also as a former chiropadist who excelled in his manners, care and treatment of patients. Truly sad to read of his loss. May Roger rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to Roger's family, his extended family & friends -to all who mourn Roger. Many moons ago he taught me as part of my Chiropody course in Cork. He was an excellent teacher with a brilliant mind. I will remember him with great fondness. May Rogers's gentle soul rest in peace 🙏

Rarely in this life do we get a chance to meet a real Gentleman, but those of us lucky to know Roger were truly blessed with the privilege of meeting a True Gentleman.

Roger was a much loved member of Dundalk Wine Circle and always brought a sense of calm statesmanship and elegance to each of our meetings.

He had such a quiet and dignified demeanour about him, and yet was quick with a quip or turn of phrase that would bring a smile to all around him.

We shall miss you, but we are assured that you are at peace.
