Dear Darcy, and family. I was so sorry to hear that your mum, Roisin had passed away. I first met Roisin when I was a teenager, through her best friend Suzanne, we all hung out together, going to dances with all the gang from St.Anne's.

Deepest condolences to Darcey and Roisin's family. We first met Rosin over 20 years ago in CBT/Skillsoft. Roisin was such a strong independent woman who without doubt faced illness with her inner strength and strong will which she had in abundance. RIP Roisin.

I met Roisin about 16 years ago…a chance meeting in the kitchen at Logica, the company we were both working in at the time. Earlier that day, I had been admiring a very funky car in the basement. On hearing this, Roisin turned around, pointed out her beloved baby bump and said “I wont be able to fit into it soon. Would you like to buy it?!”
The very next day , I marched down to the bank, withdrew my SSIA savings in cash and just like that, the deal was done!
This car, affectionately known as the “bat mobile”, was the start of a wonderful and treasured friendship. Things have come full circle and the bat mobile now belongs to that same beloved bump…Roisin’s adored and treasured Darcey…who will always know it’s two previous owners love her very much.

Roisin was one of my dearest friends, through thick and thin…and we helped one another through a fair few ups and downs along the way.

Always full of just the right amount of mischief, positivity, sense of adventure, elegance, kindness and just a sprinkle of sassiness.
Brave to the nth degree, selfless and STRONGER than anyone I’ve ever known.

Roisin, we will all miss you dearly. Thanks for being an amazing friend.

Beyond shocked and saddened to hear our beautiful strong warrior Roisin has passed. Very sad to hear the news about Roisin. I worked with her in ELI for a number of years and met her at some Marie Keating functions.
