Ron SKELLY

I just heard about the death of Ron. I had the privilege of working with him at AON and he always had time for you. He was one of nature's gentlemen. May he rest in peace.

Our condolences to Ron's family, may he rest in peace. We both had the privilege and pleasure of working with Ron in MacDonagh & Boland and echo what's already been said about him by other former colleagues.

I only recently heard the sad news about Ron,RIP.

I had the immense pleasure of working with Ron for many years in McDonagh&Boland /Aon. He taught me an awful lot as he did most of us.

Ron the perfect gentleman and consummate professional always had time to talk to and counsel his colleagues and clients.

I have only just heard that Ron has “passed”. RIP. I had the privilege and pleasure of working for Ron in MacDonagh Boland / Aon for years and he was very generous with his time and extensive insurance knowledge. “ One of life’s gentlemen “.

Saddened to hear of Ron’s passing. He was my boss when I started my first job in 1976. Always had time to advise and help and never once did i hear a cross word from him. My condolences to his extended family.

I worked with Ron many years ago in the Phoenix Assurance Company in Kildare Street. He was always very courteous and extremely competent in his work. He was often consulted by colleagues about the correct interpretation of some obscure policy wording and showed great patience with us!

Later, it transpired that my son, Nicholas and his son, Julian ended up in the same class in Secondary School so the contact continued as they became firm friends.

I would like to convey my sincere sympathy and that of my husband, Tom to Julian and Sonia at the loss of their loving father.
