My sincerest condolences to the O'Shaughnessy family on the passing of a true Gentleman Ronnie. I always had a great laugh and joke with Ronnie anytime we met, which was usually at a football match.
I had the pleasure to serve the Amateur Football League as a referee for many years which brought me into contact with Ronnie frequently. He was always seen at the Cup Finals in the AFL taking photos from every angle imaginable in fact sometimes he moved as fast as some of the players to get the perfect photo. I always enjoyed meeting him and always left him with a laugh.
May you Rest in Peace my friend I'll miss not seeing you around.

He also provided me with one of my prized possessions, a disc of photos from a cup final I refereed many years ago. He surprised me with it and I was delighted to get it ! Rest in peace Ronnie.
