A lovely gentleman. First memories are of him representing Mr. Claus in Peter street,when himself and Carmel papered and painted many a house in Drogheda . Met him along the way, as he took delivery of the evening paper in Brookville, and carried on his trade of painter and decorator in town. Always delighted to meet him, and have a chat.

Sorry to learn of Ronan's passing. Though I only met him once, he left an indelible impression, and embodied the kindness and charm of the Eustace family. I'm glad that his last days were spent in Drogheda, surrounded by loved ones. He will be remembered fondly.
