Dreadfully sorry to hear of Ronnies passing. Deepest condolences to Ronnies family and friends.

We have such fond memories of Ronnie, going all the way back to the old Sealand days in TLS which seems like a lifetime ago.

So sorry to hear the sad news of his untimely passing, he was a consummate professional, and all around great guy.

He will always have his place with all the legends in the freight industry.

Absolutely devastated to hear of Ronnie's death. I have known him since I started the Ocean Department in Cork many years ago. He was so obliging and went out of his way to support me when I started. Every time I went to the Dublin office we always had a good skit. Fond memories and will always be remembered for the gentleman he truly was. RIP Ronnie xxx

I am shocked and very sad to hear of Ronnie's untimely and sudden passing. Sincere condolences and sympathy to Ronnie's wife Louise, sons Mark & Luke and his grandson Karter, also to his sisters Audrey, Iris, Louise and Helena. I have so many happy and fond memories of growing up with Ronnie on the Terrace (Marino) and playing all sorts of sports and cycling – fun and happy times indeed. He had a very funny and sharp wit even back then…, in true blue style. I am quite sure that his big Bro Robbie was there at the Pearly gates to greet him, cold beverage in one hand and a small “chaser” in the other (just for the road….).

Time now for Ronnie to Rest In Love and Eternal Peace. Sleep easy old friend.

I had the privilege of working alongside Ronnie for 8 years in which time I came to admire his funny personality and brilliant soul. He was truly one of life's good guys and I'm heartbroken to hear the news of his passing. Sincere condolences first and foremost to his family and extended family who he loved dearly.
