Our deepest condolences to the Hardiman family on the passing of Rosaleen, a wonderful, lively and charming woman who held a special place in her heart for Japan. She had good Japanese friends over the years with whom she actively kept in contact and was, at Tom's side, among the pioneers in Irish links with Japan. We always enjoyed meeting her when she travelled here and will miss her warmth and friendliness, as will many people here in Tokyo.

Please accept our most sincere condolences on the loss of you dearly loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Such a wonderful woman. An inspiration to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. It will be very sad to visit Ireland and not enjoy meeting up with Tom and Rosaleen which was always a highlight.
