We are so sad to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Rosaleen.A truly formidable lady who possessed a fantastic sense of humour. I have the fondest memories of times shared since we first met on her Interior Design classes in Balrothery. Rosaleen shared her remarkable knowledge with us and the highlight of every evening was the tea and her amazing bakes. Her Christmas Decoration and Food Preparation nights were legendary. I will always cherish the memories of our afternoon teas and visits. Rosaleen was a wonderful Lady, who I took great pleasure in getting to know. Sincere sympathies to her family and friends.
