Rosie you are the most beautiful person. Such a loving, fun, intelligent and wonderfully compassionate person, a true Irish Lady... unsurpassable. You will be missed by not just your many close family and friends but I suspect be all who met you... certainly me also. May you rest in Peace. I am certain your light continues twinkling down on your family - giving them another smile. God Bless You, Thank you.

So deeply saddened to hear of the passing of dear Rose. She was simply a wonderful lady, and I feel so privileged to have so many fond memories of the days and nights I spent in “Fairy House” during my teens.
I’ll always remember the warmth of her kitchen — the roast beef Sunday dinners, the Sunday teas, the brown bread, fruit cake, and apple tarts she had baked earlier that day. There was always a few of us gathered around the kitchen table and Rose loved to hear what “devilment” we’d gotten ourselves into.
