I dont know this lady outside of her job in Tesco but she was so kind and helpful to me in the last few months. She will never know how her kind words of encouragement probably saved me. Sleepless nights, endless trying different milks. No family support here feeling at my wits end
She always asked how X milk was going, think she was nearly as delighted as i was when we got the right milk. Thank you for always taking the time to say "hello girl how are you?" Even though you were always rushing. I will never forget your kindness and wanted your family to know how your kindness saved my sanity.
