My most sincere sympathy to the Murphy family on the loss of their dear mother, Rosemary. Rosemary was the epitome of a gracious, elegant lady. Rosemary's late husband, Peter, was a gentleman who, in his capacity as Managing Director of 'Cavan Crystal' immediately supported the establishment of the Cavan International Song Contest ,when approached by myself and the late Maire Maloney in 1978, in search of a 'lead' Sponsor. The wonderful, locally crafted Cavan Crystal trophies which annually accompanied the generous 1st Prize cash award were much coveted - and no doubt treasured - by the recipients.. Wonderful memories. May Rosemary and Peter now Rest together in Peace.
