I have fond memories of being at your side over the last 4 years, as your Parkinsons advanced. You will be sadly missed by myself and your partner Ian (my uncle). You are at Peace now.

It's with great sadness that I write to express my condolences on the passing of Rosemary who was partner to my Uncle, Ian, who were together for almost 30 years. Ian's wish prior to the advancement of his Parkinson's Disease was to ensure that Rosemary was incorporated into our family and cared for in her latter years.
