I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Ross. I have nothing but fond memories of Ross in school and can still hear his infectious laugh. I remember Ross for his sense of fun and mischief and, most of all, for the great loyalty that he always showed those who were lucky enough to be his friend. I always enjoyed catching up with Ross when we ran into each other in the years since school. Ross, as has been consistently noted here, was a true gentleman and a credit to his family. I have great memories growing up with Ross in Portmarnock, playing football on the local greens and going to school together, he was always great company and will be missed. Sincere condolences to all his family and friends at this sad time. May he rest in peace.
My deepest condolences to the McBride Family. I worked on the same team as Ross for two years in Sky. He was always so helpful and patient with new teammates even when we were asking him the same question for the 100th time. He could always make you laugh on your worst day. I'm so sorry for your loss.
In December 2013 i was planning on proposing to my now wife but lost some of the money i had saved for the engagement ring, this the week before i was due to go to Munich, Germany. Ross, without any hesitation, kindly offered to lend me the money I had lost for the ring and said to pay him back whenever i had the money. This was testament to the kind of person Ross was and without him i wouldn't have had that significant memory, something i will always be grateful for. Ross was part of my very first team at Sky and it was a huge honour sharing the same building with him for the past 8 years. He was a credit to us all, an integral part of the Sky Ireland family and will be very sadly missed.
Sincere condolences to you and your family, Pat.
My deepest sympathies to Pat and family on your terrible loss.

RIP Ross, you will be greatly missed by myself and so many others who knew and worked closely with you at Sky, and enjoyed so many chats and laughs over the years.

Deepest sympathies to all of Ross's family.
I always find it hard to write what I feel the most. I managed Ross in Sky for a number of years and we would have talked quite a bit about what he enjoyed and what he struggled with and I would have supported him through all of this. It's so sad to think that he is gone. I have to say that I really liked him and he always had a smile for me no matter the situation. My heart goes out to his family and friends at this time but know that his memory will live on with us all forever. RIP
My deepest condolences to the extended McBride family
