I have treasured memories of time spent in his company when we were younger.
His passing is deeply felt, not only by those closest to him, but by all whose lives he touched with his gentle spirit.

Ruairdhí has been taken too soon, I do believe he has been reunited with his dear Mam Zoe and his beloved Toto who passed away in recent months.

A gentleman, so well educated and well versed. A joy and an inspiration, to talk about his life and many journeys.

You touched my parents Declan and Gemma Hearne, Ruiardhí I know you knew but a reminder and my sons Oisín and Cian, and my own. We cherish the memories and the many chats and we will remember you, for the genuine and gentle person that you were.

Life is so so fragile. Remember, We loved you unconditionally, I am glad you knew that, as We spoke of the importance of love and knowing that you are loved on many of our chats.

With great sadness, it is as scriptures tell us, A season for everything and a time for everything and this unfortunately was your time, to be taken to the other side.

Rest easy my faithful friend until We meet again. May the sun shine softly on your face. You mattered and you still matter.
