She a was a very kind person who always spoke the truth and never made any thing over complicated. It was pleasure to have known Ruth and Jim over such a long period. May she rest in peace.

Ruth was a lovely lady and an integral part of the Moatville community. As secretary to St Joseph’s Utility Society (ie Moatville residents association) for many years, she helped to ensure that all issues were dealt with very well and that the community thrived. Lovely memories of seeing Ruth and my late Dad (Bob Condon RIP) having great chats and laughs while sitting on the fence on the front green in Moatville on a summers evening.
