I’m so sorry to all Ruth’s friends and family. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I was a patient in cork hospital and Ruth was a huge support to me- she FaceTimed me before my surgery and visited me twice when I was in hospital- I am so honoured to have formed a friendship with such an amazing person and offer my deepest sympathies to everyone that loved her especially Paul and Zoe - she spoke about ye so fondly ❤️

I am so sorry for your loss. What an amazing person Ruth is she will be sorely missed from us all. Deepest condolences to all. I’d say she’s looking down on us with a fine pint of peroni in her hand minding us all now. A true angel 🙏
