I first met Sam many many years ago when He was a Contractor in ECCO, and then followed a lifetime of supporting Dundalk FC. He was a truly lovely man, so friendly and always aware and considerate of everyone around him. Will miss that friendly, smiling face in Oriel.
I am sorry I will not be able to attend the Funeral today.
