I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of a lovely gentleman. I have missed Sam on the lane these past few years. Sam used to always stop for a friendly chat on his way to Gerry and Darina's house, and I was very fond of him. He was always so funny and cheerful and polite and encouraging.
