It is with great sadness that I hear of the passing of Sandra Condon.

Sandra was a fearless fighter for women's rights, and was a core campaigner against the attempted privatisation of water services, serving time in prison as part of the water protests.

I send my earnest condolences to Sandra's family and friends, and honour her memory as a brave fighter for the interests of working class people.
