Sandra Harkin

My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to Sandra's husband Ger, her family, friends and colleagues. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. She was such a warm, kind and loving lady. I had the privilege of working with Sandra in St. Dympna's Hospital in Carlow and it was always a joy to spend time in her beautiful company. May she rest in peace now, in the company of the angels.

Ger, Margaret and family, I was so sad to hear of Sandra's passing. She fought a long battle with so much strength and determination and was so blessed to have a circle of support from family that loved her so much.
I'm very grateful for my family's trip to Ireland last May where we got to spend time with Sandra and enjoy a positive time and some good laughs.

We cannot express our sympathies enough to you Ger on the loss of your loving wife Sandra. The shock I got from your phone call will stay with me for a very long time. Sandra was a beautiful person inside and out and was admired by so many in the Danceworld.
Sandra loved to dance and loved everything about Ballroom Dancing.
Sandra served as secretary in our Association and was an absolutely excellent Secretary keeping us all on our toes. Sandra gained her wings far to early. She faught a great battle but now it is time for her to rest.

I worked with Sandra both in the HSE & as Committee Members of Forsa Trade Union for a long number of years, Sandra was so committed to her work & everything she undertook. She had so many interests that both herself & Ger enjoyed. Sandra was dealt a terrible blow with her illness and it was very tough for her.
