I wish to express my deepest sympathy to your family. I was Saoirse’s Home Economics teacher for her leaving cert. Saoirse was so bubbly, chatty and always smiling. She would sit at the top of the class and was always first to greet me with a warm and happy smile. I will remember her fondly. Saoirse and your family will always be in my heart and in my prayers.

To Liz and family, I am so sorry that your beautiful girl has been taken from you far too soon. When I remember having Saoirse in the car for Cubs or GAA with Rebecca, it always makes me smile because she was so bubbly and funny and would have us in stitches on the journey. I know there is a huge void in your lives now but I hope all the fun you shared and your happy memories will bring you some comfort in the months and years to come. Rest in peace Saoirse.

Saoirse was my greatest friend in secondary school, and I'll always be grateful to have those memories. Not only was she an amazing person and friend, but a wondeful TY Ball date.
