To say Sarah was a force of nature is an understatement. A fiercely independent, honest and caring person who above all was a magnificent mother to Oisin and Callan. My deepest condolences to all the family on the cruel loss - gone way too soon. Always keep her strong and determined spirit with you xxx

I'm honoured to have worked with Sarah and remember her as a wonderful lady. I'm heartbroken for her family for losing such a beautiful person at such a young age. Sarah may you rest in peace, and thank you for being the kind person you were on your journey through this life. You will always be remembered as the beautiful person we knew in our lives.
