Dear Christopher,Pat and Ann,
We are all so sad to hear of Sal's passing, and wish to send you all our deepest sympathy. You will be in our thoughts and prayers over the coming days which we know will be difficult for you.
We will cherish wonderful memories of Auntie Sal and her great energy and humour, and her tireless ability to feed everyone, including lambs, and various other livestock, all the while chatting and laughing and keeping us all entertained and still managing to keep her lovely dark hair looking perfect .
We loved the annual trip to Bal every St.Stephens night ,and she brightened up our lives when she arrived for a visit to Rathkeenan always with wonderful homemade cakes and jams.
We will miss her and always be grateful to her for the wonderful childhood memories she has given to us,and we can look back and marvel at her energy and how she made hard work look easy and how she always welcomed us with open arms and a smile.
I know she's in good company now,and we will always think of her with love and respect, and she will be forever in our thoughts and prayers.

From Maeve [ nee Mc Dunphy ] ,Chris and Alex Rachwal
On behalf of my family I would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest sympathy to the family of Sarah Mullally, better known to us all as ‘Auntie Sal’. It was with great sadness that we heard of Sal’s passing. A truly remarkable woman who possessed great zeal for life and whose kindness certainly knew no bounds. Ever the nurse and healer, Sal’s many accurate diagnoses of our many adolescent conditions sustained many a body and soul over the decades. She will be sadly missed. May she rest in peace and once again be united with her loved ones who have gone before her.
With Sympathy from,
Padraic, Triona, Ellen & Andrew [McDunphy]
