Our sincerest sympathy to Fr John,Margaret,and extended family.Sally was old school Banking and brought that marvellous culture of respect and courtesy to the Quay and it rubbed off on all of us who had the privilege of working with her.l have to say the 12 years l spent in the Quay were the happiest of my career,thanks in no small way to Sally and all our wonderful colleagues. I recall Sally's Mum calling into the branch,Tom dropping in from Tramore and the excitement when Fr John was coming home on hols from El Salvador,happy days.Sally and Catherine were great friends and she always made fuss of our boys when she met them.Thank you Sally and rest peacefully your work is done.

Sincere condolences to the Grace family on the sad passing of Sally. I first met Sally when I was transferred to the National Bank in Waterford in 1971. She trained me on the basic requirements of a young bank official. While she made sure I carried out my duties to the required standard she was also kind and understanding and always listened to any concerns I may have had. I will always remember my days working with her.

Worked with Sally in the old National Bank so many years ago in the early 70s. She was the “senior” girl and kept all of us “youngsters” on the straight and narrow, but always with a smile. She has had a long innings, and I am sure her contemporaries will greet her in the skies like a long lost friend wondering what kept her.
