So sorry to hear the news yesterday. I remember Sarah as a sweet smiling little girl playing out in the road with all the kids. Sincere condolences to all the family.

I had the pleasure of knowing Sarah both with the school and soccer club our sons attended. A lady with a radiant smile on her face always. I feel very privileged to have met her. Sincere condolences to Alex, Hannah and her family. Rest In Peace Sarah forever smiling in heaven.

My deepest condolences to the Sweetman family on the passing of Sarah. She was an incredibly brave, inspiring and couragous woman throughout her illness. I knew Sarah since our first day of school, and only have the fondest memories of her and the family. Only met Sarah for about an hour but what an impression she made on me. Such a beautiful, strong and very brave young lady. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends.

Terry Gerry Gillian Damien Ciara and Sarah's beautiful children what can we say only that we are deeply saddened by Sarah's passing she fought so hard what a brave young women .We have such lovely memories of her and Grace growing up in Auburn ,her pain is over may she rest in peace your beautiful daughter.
