Seamus Deeley (MRCVS)

Back in the 1970s, I was a little 14 yo lad looking at Seamus swinging his driver majestically like a king. We never spoke, but I was impressed by his immaculate tailor length trousers and light coloured v-neck jumper, practising his driving swing off that forward tee beyond the old 9th green near the clubhouse. I kept his image in my mind since then. RIP Seamus
