It was my privilege to get to know Seamus in recent years having known "Mr Homan" since I was a kid. He always had a one-liner ready to liven up any conversation... one of his many endearing features. I hope that the whole family will be comforted by memories of his humour and the good times they had with him. May he rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to Brian, Niall and the Homan family on Seamus passing rip.
I am sorry to hear that Seamus has gone. He was one of the mainstays of the Irish HVAC sector and noted for his technical ability, design flair and innovation. Unfailingly good humoured in professional and social situations. He was a great supporter of the CIBSE and the IHVE, both here and in the UK. I can still clearly recall a wonderful presentation he made in, I think, the mid 1970s in the IEI Clyde Road on the HVAC systems in the new Radio Building at Montrose, where his treatment of the design decisions and layouts was masterful. I also recall him presenting at CIBSE and ASHRAE conferences abroad, where he was liked, appreciated and well known. He was also a great supporter of the Building Services Engineering programmes in Bolton Street College, particularly in the crucial early years. A wonderful engineer. May he rest in peace.
Sorry to hear of the sad passing of Seamus. Our sincere sympathy to Rory and all the Homan family. May Seamus' soul rest in eternal peace.
