Seamus (James) Duggan

Seamus was a very interesting, comical & well learned. I met Seamus at an Irish class we were both attending in
Dungloe, he had many projects in the pipeline. I was very shocked to hear of his death.
My deepest sympathies to his extended family.

He was a good friend and a good man. I knew him from his time on the west coast of Canada on Vancouver Island as a strong soul who cared for others. His absence in the physicality will be missed by many, but surely his musical spirit will entertain the angels...

Seamus spent some time with us in Cork when he came back to Ireland in 2010. He was a kind and generous soul who brought joy to his friends though his music, his wit and the deep wisdom of the conversations we had. Our deepest condolences to Seamus family in these sad times

James (as he recently decided to be called so his karma will follow the right path) was a dear friend to me. We went to the same yoga courses together and I loved listening to his views on life and music too. I looked forward to receiving his new music videos and full of life voice messages. He lived the way he liked and that is what matters most. Condolences to his family.

Seamus was my dear friend and in my mind he was one of the “Dhuine Uasail”, such an authentic, inspirational, honest, forgiving, understanding and intelligent Irish man.

Such a fantastic musician with an Angelic voice, a great cook also might l add. Very few people in life actually touch your soul, Seamus touched mine.

Seamus had a great saying, it means to be fantastically brave, be fearless, be a warrior. (See below).
