He was a very talented man including being a great baker - he made and decorated my Mum and my Dad’s wedding cake.

It was very sad news to hear that Uncle Seamus passed away on Monday. Now he is at peace and out of pain. His photo is how I will remember him and his habit of telling us ‘what lies ahead of us in our future life’.
