Sincere condolences to Seamus’ family, friends and former work colleagues, in particular Gerry and Pat, on his passing. Seamus was a fantastic Excise Officer, always helpful and generous with his time and knowledge. We had some fantastic days on various golf courses around the south-east and though we might not have featured in the prizes, we thoroughly enjoyed our days out. RIP Seamus.

We both joined as very junior U.Os in or around 1965/66 and, given the nature of the life of a young UO in those years, our paths around the country crossed many times. Seamus was great colleague and a wonderful person.
