As a lot of us know Seamus was a founding member of Childrens Group Link back in 1979 and remained active with the organisation until recently when his health started to deteriorate. Always moving forward with honesty, integrity, courage in the face of life's challenges he is sorely missed. People of Seamus's character are needed in this world today more than ever. I have quite vivid memories of Seamus as I was a former colleague of his when I first started in HITOL quite some ago. He was a gentle soul and may he rest with the angels. May his rest in Peace.

Seamus you were such a lovely gentle soul, softy spoken always a smile and kind word.
You gave the youth at CGL so much of your time energy and helped in every way you could.
Remebering your great love of board games, I think you enjoyed them more than the kids did !!
Especially battleship and boy did you love to win.

Remembering my dear friend and colleague. All our hearts are heavy and filled with sadness. Seamus was one of a rare breed. Seamus personified unconditional loyalty, committment and love. Loved and respected by all his friends and colleagues at Group Link but most importantly the nearly 1500 children and young people who have come through the doors at our centre... Who loved and adored Seamus. Seamus is a huge loss to all of us and his family. Not a single person had a bad word to say about Seamus. We are all thankful for what he has achieved. I'm so glad to have spent precious time with Seamus recently. My condolences to all the Power family. Rest easy my friend Seamus.
