Sincere condolences to you all on the passing of John, he was my first manager in NIB Baggot Street in 2001 and had a big impact on me when I was early in career. There was always so much fun and laughter when he was around. May he rest in peace.

To Harry and family. I was so sorry to hear of Sean's sudden death. I would often meet him walking through the town and enjoyed passing a few words with him. His funeral was a testament to the man he was. He will be sorely missed.

Just heard today of John’s sudden death earlier this month - absolutely heartbroken for you Brid and for all your family on your terrible sad loss. John was one in a million and brought joy and mischief to all who met him. I had the privilege of working with John over many years in NIB/ Danske and he was one colleague we all loved to be around, he was always upbeat, great fun ....an all round good guy.

I will keep you all in my prayers, and John, may you rest in eternal peace.

There is no doubt but your day was always brighter when you bumped into Sean around Skerries. His walk around the head must have taken hours because everyone wanted a ray of his sunshine - and he had time for everyone. Rest in peace Sean and sincere condolences to Harry and his adored children.

I heard of John Carron when started in the bank in Dowra in the late 70s. John had gone by then but he had clearly won so many over with his charm and friendliness that his reputation lived on for my entire time there, he being mentioned more or less weekly by someone.
When I eventually came across John in Grafton St branch several years later he didn’t disappoint in terms of the character I had come to expect.
Like John and Brid we too met in College Green office and indeed
John was also at our wedding in 1992 and needless to say he livened up the evening like no one else could.
John will be so missed, not just for his personality but the character and person that he was. He valued what is most important, his community and above all his very close and loving family.

Brid, so shocked and saddened to hear that John passed away. Have great memories from Dowra when he started in the Bank with my Dad, he was like one of us kids and so good to us.

We were very sorry to hear the dreadful news about Seán. He was a wonderful, positive and caring rugby coach to our son, Eoghan, well over a decade ago. We frequently met him on walks in Skerries when he was always ready to stop for a chat. He was a thorough gentleman and will be sorely missed. Our sincere condolences to Harry and family.

Harry , Sean was one of those nice guys that was always friendly when you met him - outside LA with his bike or around the tennis courts where we had a few words only a couple of days ago. He made sure to use your name ( our son Iain would agree with that ).

Sean lived near us and I often met him out and about, especially on the community centre pitches, when I was walking with my young son. He was so warm and friendly, always smiling and ready for a chat. I was shocked and so sorry to hear of his passing and I will miss seeing him. My deepest condolences to his wife, children and all who loved him.
