Dear Fiona,Niamh Oisin fiachra and darach, , thinking of you all on the passing of your dad,
His gentle disposition and caring ways endeared him to do many , especially in “area 3” along with many others helping out in the community games,
The swimming, teaching chess in his home, while his late wife Valerie would bring in juice and Biscuits during the break time,
The famous Gashes where many friends from green road, granby row would meet under the famous tree where we swang from swing that was hand made ,
He taught me so much , no question was dismissed, and his love for ye all was clear to see,
So, thanks Mr Cawley for all the memories, for your kindness shown to mam and dad on the passing of our brother Michael ,
For all the “lifts” to athy swimming pool on Saturday nights,
The aroma of tobacco flowing from your pipe
Your familiar walking gait, will be missed along the Kilkenny road,
And your humble nature
God bless Mr Cawley 🫶
