Sean Cullen

Just heard of the passing of Sean today. Liz, and all the greater Cullen family I would like to offer you my sincere condolences. Had many a drink with Sean and Shay in the Headline bar over the years. Sean was a fellow Evertonian like myself and we always did our best to defend them. I was lucky enought to have a meet up with him in Sean's Bar Athlone a couple of years ago and enjoyed his company. May he rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to the Cullen and Sabatini family. Coincidentally I worked with Shay in Sheriff St, An Post for a few years and got a shock when I moved back to Athlone and met Sean. We had some good laughs after that. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Very sorry to hear of Sean’s passing (and Shay also). Fond memories of the great crack and lively banter in the Headline back in the day. Condolences to Shay’s family.
