May Seán rest in peace.
My deepest sympathy to the Flood Family, Sean was a lovely, grounded Man who had a kind word for everyone. I treasure our chats at HYC about Kilmainham Jail, both of us had relatives interred there. I produced documents, showing Sean’s relatives were involved in daring deed’s with my relative during our troubled times. It’s a small world, years later, Des and I raced together on the same Boat at HYC.
Rest In Peace Sean, your beautiful demeanour shone a bright light of friendliness over Howth Yacht Club.

I will always remember that laugh, that smile and the fun they both contained.
We even beat him on the water, very occasionally, but those characteristics were both there when we came ashore.
Take care and keep an eye on us as we set sail.
