Sincere condolences to all the Sheehy family at this sad time. Seán Óg was beloved by all, always smiling and always made time to stop for a friendly chat when out and about in his neighbourhood. The warm tributes paid by so many are so deserving for such a kind, humble gentleman. May he enjoy now his eternal rest.

I have just seen Sean Og's notice. I never heard he died. Lord have mercy on his gentle soul. He was such a wonderful person so kind and a fabulous teacher. May he rest in Peace. Sincere condolences to you all especially Niall.

Condolences on the sad passing of Sean Og. I never forget his teaching the old shorthand writing... a brilliant teacher, so good it still pops into my mind 40 years later though I never used it! I'm sure many students would say the same. He also told me I wasn't cut out to be a secretary confirming my thoughts! How right was he so early on. He was never too busy to say hello for years after.
