Shane O'Riordan

I am so shocked to hear this. Shane was a gem of a person and will be dearly missed by everyone here at QAD. My deepest condolences and prayers to the family.

I can only remember him as a lovely child, but by all accounts he grew up to be a lovely young man! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. May he Rest in Peace.

Deepest sympathy to Sharon and family. Shane was certainly one of a kind. He was so thoughtful of those he worked with and did whatever he could to help. In all of the years I worked with him I struggle to remember him not smiling. He never seemed more than a few seconds from a laugh. It is impossible to put into words how much Shane will be missed.

I felt devastated when I heard about it. To me, Shane was my reference and key person to a vast knowledge in our workplace. Every time I needed help, Shane answered with a smile and a reasoned procedure which always was on the point. I met him personally in a work trip to Atlanta, and shared good time and good company, and I really liked him both as a person and as a professional. You will be greatly greatly greatly missed by all your colleagues. My biggest condolences and support to his family.

My heartfelt sympathy is extended to Sharon, Shane's family, and QADers. He leaves a huge void in everyone's lives that cannot be filled.
I was lucky to work on the same project with Shane for several years and was fortunate to spend two weeks working with him in person in Limerick. He taught me so much. I will always remember his patience and kindness.
It is so true that "only the good die young."

My deepest condolences to Sharon and the rest of Shane's family. His knowledge and expertise were unrivaled at QAD. When I had an issue that required his help he was always available and patient even when assisting those of us who live and work across oceans.
Even in the most stressful of situations I could always count on Shane's calm demeanor and sense of humor to calm me and guide me through.
I have no words to express how much of a joy he was to work with and how much he meant to so many of us around the globe.
