Our sincere sympathies to Sheena's husband Ian, her beautiful daughter Ada, her Mam Patricia brothers Arnie, Jeremy and David on the very sad loss of Sheena. Sheena was a much valued, loved and committed member of Carlow Young Artists Choir during her primary school years, singing many concerts and travelling with us to performances, having the fun with her fellow choir members while also making time to participate in other musical activities locally - a truly talented musician who will be greatly missed by her fellow musicians and students with whom I'm certain she left a lasting impact with lovely memories. Rest in peace Sheena.

Condolences to all Sheena’s family. We were blessed with the amazing experience of Sheena teaching Suzuki to our children. She was incredibly kind and patient and will be missed terribly. May she rest in peace.

I send my deepest condolences to Ian and all of Sheena's family. Sheena was an inspiration on my Suzuki Violin teacher training journey. I'm currently on the Camino de Santiago but my prayers and thoughts are with you all with every step I take. Sheena's smile will always be with me as I continue my teacher training. I had the privilege of working alongside Sheena in Cork City Music College and I always remember her kind and calm disposition. She was loved by all her students and colleagues. What a privilege it was to know Sheena. She was a dear colleague and friend. She brought Suzuki violin to Gaelscoil an Chaisleain, Ballincollig, so unassuming and beautiful; what a shining light and inspiration she was. She has given the gift of music to all the children in the school including my own children Zoe, Etienne &Raife, a legacy that will continue long into the future.Sheena will never be forgotten and we will speak of her often and of the many fond memories we share of her.
