I was not fortunate enough to meet Sheena in real life, however we connected on FB and Sheena so kindly sent me a gift. I use it every day and will never forget how in her struggle, she still went out of her way to make me feel better. A heart of gold. May she RIP

Sheena had an unforgettable kindness, warmth, and positivity throughout my time in the Maples Dublin office. I was really saddened to hear she had passed away and send my condolences to her family and friends. May she rest in peace.

To Colin, the Creaney family and all of the Lawler family, I can hardly even begin to put into words how much I loved and will miss Sheena. I've known her for 14 years and worked alongside her since 2019. While covid robbed me of extra time working alongside her in the office, I was so glad that it afforded her the time at home with Colin, her two horses and two dogs. On quiet evenings we would have video calls for a catch up, but really it was just to put the camera on the dogs at our feet! Our other work colleagues as Sheena called them!

I will miss our calls, messages, voice notes and funny memes on Instagram, but mostly I will miss the beautiful person that she was.

Sleep easy Sheena. Gone too soon. Forever missed but never forgotten xx

I met and worked with Sheena in ALG since around 2003 I then recruited her to work with me as my teammate as a night secretary in Maples. She was my ‘work wife’ for 12.5 years. She was the most empathetic, caring person I have ever met. We had so many laughs over the years. There was no document or task that we couldn’t face together. We had each other’s backs and trusted each other completely.

Words cannot express how much Sheena was loved by everyone. She had a kind gentle nature and greeted everyone with a smile and a “thanks a million”. I never met anyone who faced their battle with such a positive attitude. She was an inspiration.

Sheena sent me and a few of her close friends a Robin Christmas card a few years ago. We have all kept and treasured it. I thought she was a fantastic artist.

I will love and miss Sheena forever. May she rest in peace xx
