Sheila Helen Greenfield Lee

Rob, Nicole & Aran - I learnt of Sheila’s passing from my sister Nicky and watched the service last Saturday. It was a very beautiful and touching send off. I have so many wonderful memories of Sheila as we grew up in our teens living and attending school in the Algarve.

Horses and riding were a shared hobby and passion for Nicky, Sheila and myself. She was a unique, fun and special person.

My thoughts are with you and hope you can hold onto all those shared happy times together as a family and know she is at peace now, no more pain and suffering.

She will be missed dearly by all who were lucky enough to have known her.

My deepest condolances to the family.Shiela was a very good friend of mine, she was a great help to my son when I was not there, she was such a loving mother, and always offered her help to my son,and she was a loving horse trainer, give the horses her good care, not only horses, but also for her aunt in Portoghal, all her husband family. She will be missed so much. May God bless her and give her all his forgivness and mercy..

Dear Rob, Niki and Aran, I was so sorry to hear the sad news, what a huge gap Sheila leaves. I am eternally grateful to her for all the wonderful hospitality you both provided at CDA, her magnificent horsemanship, and for connecting me with Estrela - she changed my life that evening she matched us up with her uncanny wisdom. Very sad to hear this tragic news - She was such a fighter and never heard a complaint from her - I really thought and hoped she would have beaten this :-(
I/we have known Sheila since the very early 70's (we went to school together in the Algarve) and kept in touch over the years, and have been trying to plan a get together over the last few years but life (and Covid) got in the way. Sad this never happened.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Sheila. We used to meet regularly during Covid, especially that first sunny spring of 2020 when we were all walking the dogs endlessly up and down Bray Head! We always had great chats and I would really look forward to meeting her out and about. My sincere sympathy to you all at this very sad time.

What a beautiful tribute. My heart is heavy for you Rob, Nicole & Aaron. Sheila's spirit will live on with us all who had the joy of her being part of our lives. Her voice will continue to be alive through her book. What a gift Sheila leaves us. Sending so much love and gratitude xxxx

Dear Robert Nicole and Aron, how sad we feel having just received the news from Fátima. She was indeed a very special and incredibly brave woman and I certainly have such clear and happy memories of time at CDA goodness that was so long ago but seems almost like yesterday.
