I was so sorry to hear to Shelia’s passing , please accept my sincere sympathy to the whole family on her loss. I have such a clear memory of her gentle presence as we played alongside her on the road in Corbally.She would sit on the curb of the footpath and just enjoy been in our company. May she rest in Peace, and May the Light of Heaven shine on her Soul .

I have not seen Shiela for many years but have really strong memories of her central place in a large, warm, noisy (in a really good way) family and the confidence and happiness that that immersion and place gave her. The wonderful Joe and Shiela ruled over a fantastically welcoming home and Shiela adored her parents and siblings and they all returned that love with a healthy dollop of fun and mischief. The McElgunn clan represented the best of what family can mean and to Clodagh, Róisín, Finola, Deirdre, Maeve and John I send my heartfelt condolence.

Rest in peace and may The bed of heaven shine on Your kind and gentle soul Sheila reunited with your Mam and Dad now.
