I’m so sorry to hear about your mother. I can only imagine how hard this must be.

I will remember her as a kind and lovely person. She was gracious and friendly at our home and at hers. I hope you're able to hold onto the good memories and the love she gave you—they’ll always be with you.

We are told that life is but a vapor, but Shelia surely did leave a lasting mark through her wonderful children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In the brief time I with her it was never a dull moment, from the laughter at Aiden’s horrible dad jokes, to bonding over our love for animals and knitting. You will be missed. Forever my knitter for life.

I loved her like my own mum and she knew that. I am so glad I went in to see her last week. She was the most beautiful gentle lady I ever knew.
