To all the O’Brien’s,
We have been thinking of you all. Shelia was some women, and one not to messed with! I was utterly terrified the first time I met her as she was ranting about the useless barman and was throwing in a few choice words about how she felt about the eejit in question! After this, I quickly warmed to her! Her warmth and banter always shone through and the objective always seemed to be enjoy the moment.
It’s so lovely that the Grandchildren of the ‘54 club’ are now starting their own satellite groups, although we hope they won’t drink the way their grandparents did!
All our love prayers.
