We share so many treasured memories of Sheila down through the years. What a wonderful woman she was, an inspiration to all in particular during the times of sorrow & challenge faced in life. Anyone who knew Sheila would not question that she had two devotions in life - Religion & Politics, Sheila proved to one and all, over & over again, how that powerful devotion never wavered throughout her lifetime and that contrary to belief they can live quite well beside each other. I know that our late parents Paddy & Frances & us as a family canvassed many Elections, attended many meetings, clinics & functions and held Sheila, Paddy and family with high esteem & friendships. I remember in particular attending the European Parliament in Strasbourg with Sheila, Mum & Dad & a delegation of Fine Gael members where we spent a wonderful week together full of laughter and joy. Thank you for the memories, friendship, loyalty & dedication Sheila, you and your family will always remain in our thoughts and prayers in the days and years ahead.
