I worked with Sheila in Portlaoise Vocational School and later in Portlaoise College. Sheila’s infectious laugh brought everyone together and her stories of her children and grandchildren are the stuff of legend. Every story demonstrated her great love for her family and her pride in them.

I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Sheila's untimely passing.
Fond memories of a really lovely colleague at Portlaoise College.

I was saddened to hear that Shiela had passed away.
The last time I saw her was in the Cuisle shop, in December.
I’m one of the many people who volunteered there.
I met Shiela about 2 years ago.
We got chatting in the jacuzzi, following an aqua aerobics class. She recruited me there and then and I volunteered one day a week in the shop, since then.
