I was very shocked to hear of Sherie's death - she and I worked together in Captain America's in our early twenties and had lots of fun together and I think shared a mutual respect. She was a wonderful girl then, only now have I discovered how Sherie used her wisdom & kindness to carve her career in counselling. I offer you, her family, my sincere condolences.
Sherie was the kindest person I ever met.
Condolences to Dorje and all her family.

I worked with Sherie for a number of years in Marks Bros where we had many laughs. She was truly an amazing person and made a big impact on me when I first met her. Spending time with her was the first step on a path to self discovery for me, as she helped me validate my earlier life experiences and make sense of them, this was before she was a counsellor to eventually becoming a counsellor myself. Sherie was a big part of my personal development and being around her made me feel wonderful. I was always very thankful for he support & insight and for to have the opportunity to be able to tell her this in a letter some time ago. She will be missed. Condolences to all her family.
Sherie was a very dear friend of our whole family, and was most especially close to our parents Eileen and Bart Sinnott. She was utterly unique, a great friend, a really wise person, and someone with a tremendous sense of humour, often in the face of really challenging situations. I won't make it to the ceremonies, but my heart goes out to you, Dorje, and to her lovely brothers. love Lulu
I just found out of Sherie's passing and am deeply saddened at the news. I knew Sherie professionally, but that doesn't even begin to sum up the impact she had on the life of someone who is very close to me. Equally to say that she was great at her job doesn't speak to the kindness, patience, understanding and sheer humanity that she brought to everything that she did. My thoughts are with you at this sad time, but I'm sure the sadness you feel is matched by the immense pride of having such an amazing person in your lives. My sincerest condolences.
