Though I can’t claim to have known her too well or for too long she was full of smiles and warmth and kindness and my son and I thought the world of her. She touched a lot of lives in our neighbourhood and I had many a lovely chat with her and she always had that lovely smile…. She was so, so proud of her girls and I can’t imagine how hard it is for you all right now. I will be thinking of you all at this terrible time.
