Dear, Vaishna, son Ethan, daughter Enya, brother Yadu extended family. We're so sorry to hear of the passing of Shyam no words can comfort you at this sad time. I met Shyam when he was the director of nursing at the Mill House in New Ross. I engaged with him when we were looking for a suitable nursing home for my Mother. I found Shyam to be very professional, caring, forthright and explained the nursing home system in detail. It was his charismatic personality that we knew our Mother would be happy there. And when She met him she loved him from the get go. When i heard the news i was truly sad as the world has lost a true caring medical professional but most of all a loving husband, Father and brother. Shyam will be in my prayers. Rest easy Shyam 💔

My sincere condolences to Shyam’s family at this very difficult time, he was the nurse manager on Farronshoneen in WRCC when my mother was resident there. This was during the very difficult COVID times and he was never less than kind, caring and a brilliant nurse, may he rest in peace.

I’m so heartbroken to hear about Shyam.
I still remember our days together at St. Patrick’s during my nursing training he wasn’t just a brilliant nurse, he was an incredible manager, mentor, and friend. He taught me so much, and I’ll always be grateful for the patience, wisdom, and encouragement he gave me.

What I’ll miss just as much as his skill is his humour. He had this amazing way of making everyone laugh, and his warmth made the people around him feel truly cared for.
