Adrian ,Kevin , Justin , Declan ,and dear Simons friends and family ,deepest sympathy. From way back when I lived with Simon’s late grandparents Bill and Maureen Purcell I know how everyone cared so much and gave so much gladly to loving Simon’s wellbeing. Above all dear Deirdre RIP Simon’s beautiful ,powerful ,loving mum .. a sense of sadness now at their untimely departure. Condolences.

I’m so sorry to hear about Simon’s passing. I have such fond memories of him from our teenage years- especially when he played Danny in Grease at The SFX. He was such a talent and admired by many.

So so sorry to hear the news this week. I hadn’t seen Simon for years but we shared some really special times together at school, doing the Grease musical and on the school football team. Great memories. Sending love to Simon’s family and friends.

Simon was such a great guy. I lost touch after school but have fabulous memories. The side splitting laughs in class, winning with the school badminton team or just admiring his acting and singing prowess in West Side Story and enjoying the great social life around the show with him.

Never not brilliant company. He was an all round class act.

Deepest sympathies on Simon's passing. I had the great pleasure of doing two shows with him at school, one where the initial plan was to race against Simon over hurdles down the SFX theatre. He took that and leading the show in his stride.
