Please accept my deepest condolences on Sinéad’s passing. Sinéad and I went to college together in Coleraine, and while it’s many moons since we were last in touch, I remember so well her smile, her fun and her warmth… Sinéad touched the lives of so many and left a special mark on each one of us. With the deepest condolences to the Lawlor & Treanor families. She loved you all dearly & fiercely. She was so loved by so many of us. A month has passed, the sadness at her loss has not.

I’m so grateful we both made the decision to study EBS at Coleraine 37 years ago. Last time I saw her I shared a few memories I’d put down on paper in an attempt to capture some of our adventures together. From Coleraine to Lyon to Liege to Brussels to Amsterdam to Prague to Munich to Cartagena & from those adventures to pit stops between Sutton & Oughterard plus lots of college reunions.

I was very sorry to hear the sad news of Sinéad's passing. I had the pleasure of sharing a room with Sinéad at Megan's hen. Even though I didn't know Sinéad it was easy to see that she was a tower of strength and didn't let her illness get in the way of enjoying life and making memories, not only for herself but for Megan too. The Journey down was tiring for Sinead but after a little rest she joined in with the celebrations. She told stories of life with Pat, Janie, her siblings and her adventures with her husband Brian, she also spoke proudly of her sons Seán, Cillian and Odhrán. I could tell family meant everything to her.
